Comments: I can not say enough bad about Jumpline. I have had so many problems and their support NEVER makes an attempt to make me feel better as a customer. My latest experience is them changing my company MX records and removing ALL . from them so we did not get email for a day. When I asked how they would make this up to me and told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor they just ignored me. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY

Comments: I was with jumpline for years and ultimately left for two reasons. 1 Their control panel was very limited and extremely slow. So slow that it was nearly unusable. But,I could have lived with that. The real reason is that to host multiple websites everything is shared. Shared email, shared statistics, shared cgi-bin, etc..

Comments: These folks recently bought out digitalspace.net. I was with digitalspace.net for over 10 years with excellent service. After these guys purchased them it all went to pot. If they run their other companies like they run the ones they`ve purchased recently I would stay as far away from them as possible. Customer service is simply not acceptable. Trouble tickets are closed as quickly as possible with out actually reading what your problem is and often times closed with a simple apology and no solution or answer.

Comments: Awful company, the equivalent of online street hustlers. They just took $250 dollars of my money with no refunds or proration. I called them the day they charged me. They said if I were to have called a day earlier that they would have been able to stop the payment. Ridiculous. And I have to wait 1 year until I am able to cancel or they will try to charge me again. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
